Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is a skills-based training course that teaches participants about mental health and substance-use issues. Let’s make Mental Health First Aid as common as CPR.

Mental Health First Aid for Adults Working with Youth
Become a certified Youth Mental Health First Aider and a vital protective factor in the lives of our youth. Training includes individual self-paced on-line pre-work PLUS 8 hours of Instructor Led Training (ILT) sessions. The ILT portion will be facilitated on:

March 13, 2024 AND March 20, 2024 (you must attend both dates) REGISTER HERE

A light dinner will be provided.

Per MHFA policy, we MUST have a minimum of 5 participants to facilitate training.
Registrants will receive an email directly from MHFA with the pre-work links (to be completed prior to the ILT sessions) as well as a detailed email from Jennifer Ford.

This course is provided FREE courtesy of the North Reading Community Impact Team and Youth Substance Use Prevention Coalition.
