TOWN OF NORTH READING
PUBLIC HEARING
SEWER BETTERMENT ASSESSMENT
The Board of Selectmen will conduct a public hearing on June 16, 2008
at 7:15 p.m. in the Middle School Large Group Room, Sherman Road,
North Reading to determine the Betterment Assessment percentage
associated with the construction of municipal sewer improvements.
The hearing will address possible amendments to Chapter 25 of the
North Reading Town Code that provides for the apportionment of
costs for the project
